Aerial - Shotover camera systems - helicopter filming solutions for film and television
Armourers, pyro-technicians, props and special effects professionals

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date

Rates in AUD$ exclude 10% GST and door to door.

Overtime after 8hrs charged at 10% of the day rate per additional hour

Half days - less than 4 hours may be available at 2/3rd full day rate.

Travel only days (<8hrs) charged as a half day: $1,200 plus GST.

Milage after 50km per day charged at ATO Rate: 85c/km.

Per Diems charged at MEAA rate (appox $120/night).

Night rates and wet weather rates may apply.

Equipment insurance does not cover theft or damage by production staff or talent.

Cancellation fees charged at 50% of total amount once shoot days are 'locked in' or full payment within 24 hours from the start of the first shoot day.

10% late fee to be added to total amount after every 30 days invoice remains unpaid. Upon confirming a solid booking to engage services.

The client acknowledges they are aware of and agree to the above terms. Andy Taylor Pty Ltd retains all rights until invoice is paid in full.

International travel: business class only but travel days are not charged.
